Russia’s VimpelCom to build 4 bln rbl data center near Saratov

SARATOV, Dec 16 (PRIME) -- Russian mobile operator VimpelCom plans to build a 4 billion ruble data center near the city of Saratov, the press service of the region’s governor said in a statement late on Tuesday.

“VimpelCom plans to build a data center in the Saratov District of the Saratov Region with the total amount of investment of 4 billion rubles,” the statement read.

Other details of the project, including dates of construction, were not disclosed.
